“As the first new luxury multi-family housing building in Coon Rapids in 10+ years, Lyra and its sister property Nova are special. I created this brand following the demographic and name chosen. With a name based off of the Northstar Rail, I knew we had to go with constellation and star-heavy branding that feels luxurious and handmade. I used celestial, constellation-based inspiration, along with green to tie into the natural parts of the brand.
I was involved in naming, created all branding, chose colors and typefaces, created all collateral, and presented mockups. Most ideas were presented to a team for discussion. All property photos shown were taken by me.”
