LYRA

As the first new luxury multi-family housing building in Coon Rapids in 10+ years, Lyra and its sister property Nova are special. I created this brand following the demographic and name chosen. With a name based off of the Northstar Rail, I knew we had to go with constellation and star-heavy branding that feels luxurious and handmade.

Paper box lofts

This property in Milwaukee needed a soft rebrand, so I used the historic brick building and its shape as inspiration, as well as its past uses. I created a brand and brochure for this project.

EAST END

Located in the fabulous East Town neighborhood in Minneapolis, I joined the team at the end of their lease-up and created promotional materials for sales such as digital graphics, printed direct mail pieces, flyers, business cards, and more.

40th Anniversary

2019 is Sherman Associates’ 40th anniversary. I worked with the corporate communications team to create fresh branding (a logo with a couple orientations and an icon) based on vision and honoring the past.

ASCENT

Sherman Associates’ first location in Colorado and the first multi-family housing building in the new Downtown Westminster, this property is for a down-to-earth commuter who appreciates experiences more than things - but enjoys nice things. I joined the team on the end of this project and created the secondary logo and main parts of the brand and collateral.
